I really hate to leave a negative review, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. I’ve been getting lash extensions for about three years and have never run into issues like this before. I booked a hybrid fill, but the result was very clumpy. From the front they looked okay, but the base was completely solid and crunchy from excess glue. There were also multiple lashes stuck together, and grown-out lashes were not properly removed before new ones were applied. I didn’t realize how severe the issue was until I got home and was able to take a closer look with my eyes closed. The lash technician was very kind, which makes this even harder to write, but the quality of the work was not what I expected or have experienced elsewhere.
